Using Path Tracking
Selecting Your Block
Choose the INITE Flow block that resonates with your current state:
Break³ — Breaking patterns, stepping out of comfort zone
Hold∞ — Holding state, focus and presence
Track∞ — Tracking progress, metrics
Cut² — Cutting excess, minimalism
Cast→ — Projection, creating future
Form◊ — Forming structure, crystallization
You can change your block anytime as you evolve.

Best Practices
Consistency Over Perfection
Regular short entries beat occasional long ones
Aim for weekly minimum
Daily is ideal but not required
Be Specific
"Completed project proposal" > "worked on project"
"Felt resistance to change" > "hard day"
Details help future you understand past you
Include Metrics
Quantify when possible
"3 of 5 habits completed"
"4 hours deep work"
Numbers don't lie
Reflect, Don't Just Report
What did you learn?
How do you feel?
What would you do differently?
What's next?

Example Entries
Break³ Entry
"Day 3 of new morning routine. Woke up at 6am for the first time in months. Felt resistance but pushed through. The quiet hours before work are already showing value — finished two tasks before usual start time."
Track∞ Entry
"Weekly review: 5/7 days of exercise completed, 3 books in progress, meditation streak at 12 days. Noticing energy levels correlate with sleep quality — tracking that more closely next week."
Cast→ Entry
"Mapped out 6-month vision for the project. Key milestones: MVP by March, first paying customer by May, team expansion by August. Shared with accountability partner for commitment."
