Understanding INITE Flow

INITE Flow is the framework for personal growth and progress within the ecosystem. It consists of six blocks, each representing a distinct phase of development.

What is INITE Flow?

INITE Flow is a non-linear model of personal and professional growth. Unlike traditional stage-based models, Flow blocks can be revisited and combined based on your current needs.
