Accessing the Directory

1. Log into your Club dashboard

2. Navigate to "Members" in the menu

3. Browse or search for members

Member Profiles

Each profile shows:

• Name and photo

• Location

• Current INITE Flow block

• Bio and about

• Skills and interests

• Path history (if shared)

Browse All

Scroll through the full member list sorted by activity.

Filter By

• Block — Find members in specific INITE Flow phases

• Location — Connect with local members

• Skills — Find expertise you need

• Interests — Connect over shared passions

Search

Use the search bar to find specific people or skills.

AI Recommendations

Your AI Manager suggests relevant connections based on:

• Complementary skills

• Similar goals

• Geographic proximity

• Block alignment
